The Downtown Middletown Strategic Plan (plan) was commissioned by the City of Middletown in direct response to renewed interest in downtown revitalization by public officials, business owners and residents.
Analysis of existing conditions and stakeholder input served as the foundation for policy development. The purpose of this plan is to provide all interested parties with a downtown vision and strategic road map for long-term and sustainable revitalization.
